Job Skills Training


Each resident will have a plan that is individualized for their specific needs.

  As funding allows other training will be provided, such as: auto mechanics; administrative skills; computer programming; business development; medical assisting and nursing assistant. 

We have a call center where we employ and train residents in customer service, telesales, administrative assistant, fundraising, and using good communication skills. In addition to that we have an internet marketing department where individuals will sell merchandise to generate revenue. Thereby learning about e-commerce, sales, money management, social networking and navigating the internet.

 We will also provide employment referrals to each resident  through other agencies that we have strategic alliances with such as the Missouri department of Labor so that they will be gainfully employed.
